Human emotions are an integral part of one’s personality. This sponsored studio by Lacks Enterprises (Michigan based OEM supplier) explores this realm to create tangible textures that can be applied onto decorative trims for automotive interiors.
The three key emotions explored were - nostalgia, anxiety and empathy. The project explains how these emotions are relevant by generating consumer insights and trend forecasting. This research helped creating trend boards which were later translated into a series of textures that can be applied into interior trims.
